This machine adopts UTH processing method,makes the liquid dairy beverage and juice etc
strictly sterilized,then into aseptic package,with the sterilization temperature:137°,
warm keeping time:3-5S,so to keep the original nutrition,colour and flavour of the beverage and dairy.
This machine os of the advantage of high heat recycle,compact and fine structure,]and temperature control.Outputing material temperature,and cool package.Capacity:1-10T/h.Controlling ways:semi-automatic,full automatic(PLC controlling.touch screen).
Plate type UTH is PLC controlled,with optional capacity from 2t/hr to 20t/hr.
The system work in aseptic section and normal section,for technical requirements of filling
at low temperature,normal temperature and high temperature.The seven-section heat exchanger ensures minimum consumption of energy,and perfect design of CIP
and SIP satisfies the demand of cleaning and sterilization.Ultra-high temperature water is employed as the media for the heating of material and temperature
adjustment of filling exit,featuring high accuracy.
